It seems – isokinetic movement and progressive overload (4 sets) 8 reps+ Also splitting my biscep and triscep (different day or both on sat) work to the evening or morning 12 hours or so from my majors has definitely helped me.


ok ive just been told by a reliable source that the above isnt pushing enough blood into the muscle? is this correct? if so how to I correct this as 4 sets of 8 reps seems perfect to me at least until there is more growth on my current weight when I can push to 12 reps?
