Well I would put aside any specialization routines for arms just yet and double check you are eating enough food of the right type. And then I’d head for the big lifts for a while, like heavy deads, weighted dips etc.

This may help fill out your arms more just by being dragged along doing exercises that serve the bigger muscle sets. DA
