i stick with fairly basic movements nothing fancy.

Flat Bar, incline hammer machine or dumbells and either cable cross overs or flat flies.

normally do warmup at 50-60% of total weight for first movement (12-15 reps) then load her up and do 6-8 reps for 2 sets. Moving onto next exercises same deal without warmup.


Its certainly size im looking for and dont get caught up to much on how much im lifting as long as im growing, but do feel its flat and lacking compared to shoulders/traps which feel is related to this sticking point.
