Yes, it’s probably best to use both plus some olive oil.

Something like 1 tblsp of flaxseed, 1-2 tblsp of olive oil and 4-6 caps of fish oil depending, of course, on your overall fat intake goals.

Although flaxseed is a good source of omega 3 it’s probably an idea to stick with just one tablespoon a day. There is some evidence, from memory, that excessive flaxseed oil consumption might comprise prostrate health (phytoestrogens perhaps).
