A couple of very simple things to add to Gilbey’s post;

# Simple rule: Never be hungry and never be ‘full’.
# Drink plenty of water.

I’ve lost about 20kgs and to be honest, I haven’t concentrated much on cardio at all apart from bike riding.

I think the key is to create a slight caloric deficit between the calories you eat and the calories you burn, and the weight will slowly but surely drop off.
