Yes, keep peri-workout shakes the same – 1 part P, 2 part high GI C.

How you adjust your diet at other times depends a lot on body type.

If you’re naturally ‘big’ cutting carbs right back might work best.

If you’re naturally thin then I think you’ve got to be more carefull when cutting back on carbs. For example, I’d definitely have a big carby breakfast but then ditch carbs from midday on.

You’ve got to workout what works best for you!
