Eggzactly. which is why Mike mentzers way of training must be done, or tried atleast.

I wont be though.. yet. I bought a Copy of “musclenow” ( It looks alot like a scam, but I cant ignore the logs Ive seen of people growing on it. Its not anything “magical”. Just sound training principles put together to provide contant changes in stimulis etc, and does it in cycles so u dont get left not knowing wot to do next.

Anyone heard of it?
