If you’ve been doing a volume type workout up until now try something entirely different for a few weeks.

HIT or Dogg Crapp. I got some good strenght gains for a couple of body parts this way. Nothing to show in terms of increase lean BM but now I’m back to volume training looks like I’m making some gains again.

Then go back to what worked for you at the begining.
