upper body a:
-bench press
-BB rows
-military press
-pullups
-chest dips

lower body a:
-squats
-SLDLs
-lunges
-abs

upper body b:
-incline bench press
-reverse grip BB rows
-standing BB press
-chins
-curls

lower body b:
-deadlifts
-front squats
-good mornings
-calves



Push:
Squat
Bench
Military Press
Close Grip Bench Press or Dips

Pull:
Deadlift
Pullups
Barbell Rows
Barbell Curls
