one thing, with your program is it differing body parts each workout? ie arms one day chest next then legs the day after that etc. If so that is probably the reason you are so sore you need to up the frequency of training ie either full body 3 times a week or lower body day 1, then upper day 2 and repeat etc. That will get rid of that constant soreness each week after training.
