Anyway, don’t think i’m taking the piss here but I’ve noticed your other posts (steroids) and am trying to get a bit of a back ground in your training habits etc to assist you in achieving your goals without juice. What do you do for a crust other than wear your jocks 3 days in a row? I to am in a physical job which can be very demanding sometimes and to be honest there is no fuckin’ way I could work the way I do and train 5 days a week with weights and still get bigger.

Also going by your previous comments about your looks I’m assuming you are looking for the athletic manpower type look, right?
