It may not be for you but hey you never know? It seems obvious that what you are doing doesn’t seem to be working for you so this could be the change you are looking for?

What are your short and long term goals with training? In a nut shell why do you go to the gym?

One more thing, if you are not competing then why are you training 6 days a week?
