Well i train Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat, Sunday and Tuesday off.

Tried alot of different training methods,

The latest is; 4 sets per muscle group doing 12 reps add weight then doing 10 reps then adding weight 8 reps ect for four sets.

Not Recovering?

I take creatine, 1tsp with 3 of 4 meals through out the day
” ” Mushshi Pro food protein powder, After each workout
I eat egg white, spinach, Cottage cheese, ect, eat well!
