Try ditching the ‘off’ periods and up the ‘on’ periods and you may notice more gains.

Seriously though if you haven’t made noticable gains in 5 years then you are doing something seriously wrong and no protein is going to help I’m afraid. What you want to look at is:

1. programs
2. frequency
3. diet
4. intensity
5. what are you doin with your time in the gym brother?

Are you keeping a log of the above mentioned with a list of body particulars etc?
