Plus at every meal during your non-workout time, (say at the rate of 5 to 8 meals per day), feed yourself the same amount of protein, but change the carbo content to more low GI carbs, those that dont have the spike that Dex & Malto Dex have.

Plus make sure you eat some of the good oils with your meals, say at least/around 5 to 10 gm each meal. GOOD OILS meaning Fish oil, olive oil, flaxseed oil.

If all that doesnt work, then start adding slightly larger quantities of protein etc, until it does work. DA
