Same type of training really…what’s your opinion on that post Ian?
I’ll be giving that program a try after the one I’m doing now for I badly need some size and strength on my chest!
I personally have found the transition in training methods mentally difficult. Meaning it was hard for me to go from split training to heavy full body (which is basically what it is). Although, now that I have gotten over it I’m really enjoying the change and the new feeling I get when I leave the gym. 😀
It doesn’t hurt to try new things…this is my life, so I’ve got a loooong time to lift weights and I don’t compete.
