I find this type of training should work with me. Because of all the cardio I now do, I find that the ‘every other’ days were killing me if I was to train normally. I find that the powerlifting style really suits me now for the explosive strength incorporated in some of the lifts is exactly what I’m after.
I have to agree with Ian in relation to the whole westside thing. But seeing as though I haven’t been around to all of Australia’s gyms I’d like to know where in Oz is there a gym similar in style??????
