Strange thing about Protein for body building is that the body uses it at a much bigger rate directly after a workout, than either of those guys said. And further even if you adapt the ratios of Protein, Carbs and Oils to swing toward Protein as the main source, the body still manages to consume it.

As far as Im concerned, the amount that satisfies my current food eating rates is all that matters, and this tends to vary as time goes by.

So, whatever seems right, that later will proves wrong, and be surpassed by another rate that seems right – yada, yada, is OK by me. DA
