that link is a good read.
i think the flu was just unlucky. my uncle had it when i saw hi 2 days before i got it.

my diet is based on dr john beradi’s massive eating.

my training was a 3 day split

day 1
back/bi’s/abs

day 2
legs/shoulders

day 3
chest/tris

then 2 days off and start over again
