What does everyone think of 21’s supersetted with reverse curls with an empty bar? Ive been doing 5 reps from lockout position up to my elbows, then 5 reps from my elbows to the finshed curl position then 5 full reps from lock out position to the finished curl position. I then superset that with 5-8 reverse curls with an empty bar. It gives a good pump.

My question is – Is this a good workout for bisceps?? – I find its hard to keep lifting through the sets, so I hve to reduce weight. Also I find its very taxing and on the last set Im completely wasted. Plus 20 – 25 reps per set for 3 sets is a bit much maybe.?
