Hey Unbuff!,

I’ve used it 3 or 4 times over the past couple of years-one of my favourite workouts-definatley a change from lifting heavy and taking long breaks(1 min 😆 ). My personnal opinion is its better designed for people who have injuries or are recovering from injuries, due to the lighter weights used-Give it a go Unbuff-Its also good for people who train alone because you don’t have time to talk between sets.
