Stress is a concern at times but it’s like anything in life you set priorities for each day and carry them out accordingly. The stress doesn’t build when you don’t procrastinate and actually carry out each thing on your list for the day to the best of your ability. That way you can’t blame yourself for things building up as you have done the best you can.
If however you miss things in a day then they build up in your mind and before you know it…the room isn’t painted, the dog hasn’t been walked the accounts not paid and you haven’t done gym all week. That my friend is how stress starts and let me tell you it is a fucken terrible feeling.
