You seem pretty similar to what I started out as, guess since we were probably around same height and weight back then it would make sense. You have come a long way though.

Strength is easy (relative to beginning that is) to regain at your level so it will come back, its all neural and still hardwired into your brain so to speak. I expect going for strength and power will really effect how you play (and pull up after games) in comparison to how you trained for size before. Throw in some strongman keg tosses, farmers walks, rock throws, car push/pull etc if you like that stuff, real good fun.

Oh and by the way smack your brother one for getting to 120 so fast, really hard too preferably with a dumbbell in your hand.
