How long have you been training for? and if you remember what were you squats or deads before you started?

I know I can pull about 130kg max for a dead naturally, the long torso and arms plus strong legs and glutes help me in that regard, if I was to push something over my head though I am going to lose out as I am a fairly weak overhead lifter. Some people are the opposite but I guess its those rare to find lifters with strength in all areas are the strongman competitors. I think you could do it with about 5 years training (you can go for a long time into old age as a strongman competitor). But if not just throw in the training for fun, makes training more enjoyable and would make some of your job easier, plus its just fun to throw big heavy shit around.
