I get it…but i dont like the 4-6 reps… mayb on a 5th set where the first one was a warm up set the second a muscle acclimation (getting ur body used to the heavy weight thats coming) and the 3rd and 4th muscle building sets with the 6th being a max set with 1 rep…as long as there is no fatigue …bobs ur unlce…

but for 8 reps for the last two sets.

I’ll try this and post results.
