My training partner is Muslim. I used to give him a hard time because of it, but in all reality I give him the utmost respect.
We used to plan his cutting phase at this time.
His strength would start to drop in the second week, so we would cut cardio, plan the carb/protien timing better and in the last couple of years, his developement wasn’t affected too badly by the fasting.
