Can someone help me mix a post workout shake
ive been using just Mushashi WPI lately..
wondering if this hydrolised stuff is any good, and if so is there a major difference betweeen the DH9 and DH17..

also im thinking of switching to the Bitotest Low Carb Grow Micellar shake as a MRP..
is there an equivalent which will work just as well as this from mypure… if so what?
