Meet James “Skippy” Albury, of Gainsville Florida. Skip to his mates.A bodybuilder since he was a teenager, 37 year-old Skip just won’t quit.

Skip is a recent prize-winner at the NGA American International. In nearly two decades of training, Skip has nailed seven trophies, including the 2003 Gainsville Bodybuilding championship.

He’s put on over 20 kgs since he weighed in at 61kg eighteen years ago and his website tells the story.
