Try 10 fish oil tabs per day (3 each meal) helps dramatically with inflamation and always warm the area thoroughly prior to any work on the area also a friend used to use the ole’ tennis elbow support, he swore by it.
hehe yeah my fiance has an elbow disease so she takes Glucosamine sometimes 🙂
I will try the fish oil so she can use it aswell 🙂

Training is still going along nicely… Even though i havnt done any direct arm work for a few weeks now ive received some compliments on how they are looking hehe.
Because im still working chest and back they seem to be getting enough of a workout without a whole day or direct exercises for arms.
