    OK – Thanks for all the advice Dave 😉

    I am allready doing what youve suggested unfortunately 😮

    I dont want to rest my arms but i am 🙁

    But i have found that doing my normal workouts without doing an actual special workout for my ARMS – they are still getting workout out enough for me to see improvements.

    So to get rid of this stupid tendonitus i will try and lay off all Direct Arm exercises for 2 months or so.

    Try 10 fish oil tabs per day (3 each meal) helps dramatically with inflamation and always warm the area thoroughly prior to any work on the area also a friend used to use the ole’ tennis elbow support, he swore by it.

    Just wondering would Glucosamine help at all???

    I might give it a go since theres some laying around at home 🙂

    Yeah probably your parents stash, who would be over forty. Glucosamine is more for arthritic relief in joints etc.

    Yeah, start with fish oil.

    I like Melrose brand with lemon oil. Comes in a bottle so you take it by the table spoon instead of popping all those caps.

    hehe yeah my fiance has an elbow disease so she takes Glucosamine sometimes 🙂

    I will try the fish oil so she can use it aswell 🙂

    Training is still going along nicely… Even though i havnt done any direct arm work for a few weeks now ive received some compliments on how they are looking hehe.
    Because im still working chest and back they seem to be getting enough of a workout without a whole day or direct exercises for arms.

    Yeah im thinking of using dumbells for a while – doesnt seem to put as much strain on me for some reason.

    Hope the Fish oil helps if not ill just stop being a little sissy 😛 and push through 🙂

    Well the fish oil seems to be working fairly well.

    Ive been taking 2 pills in morning and two at night.

    I took 6 for my first couple of days at the beginning now i take 4 each day.

    Theres a noticable difference and not really any pain anymore so thanks heaps for the advice. – Wish i tried it earlier 😆
