Hi Girls (and guys)
My girlfriend damaged her knee about 18months ago, which hasnt healed properly. She’s lost a lot of fitness, and a lot of her motivation also.
I am trying to help her regain her confidence, her body, fitness and our lifestyle by doing walking sessions on the the treadmill, and a light weights routine 3 or 4 times a week.
I am hoping that all you knowledgable people might be able to think of some more cardio excercises that I can help her with.
Squatting and putting weight on her knees is completely out. Jogging is out.
We use the treadmill on an incline to make her walks that little more difficult.
I’m really hoping that some suggestions can come forward on some fat/calorie burning exercises with the use of a treadmill and light weights.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
