    I have been training for some years now, working pretting consistently for about 15 months. I usually train each body part once a week and rest after following a program for about 10 weeks. I recently had a 3 or 4 weeks rest in December/January. My problem is that when I train, I usually end up with a sore left forearm and bicep. For example, today I did bench press, incline press, flyes, lat pulldown, deadlift and one-arm rows and I ended up with a sore left arm. Is this an indication that the motion of my left arm is incorrect or that I am using too heavy a weight.?(I have progressed the weight slowly.)

    Firstly go and see the Doc with this problem-If you have just had 4 weeks rest you may just of overdone it when starting back. Your Injury most likely would have come from the pulling part of the workout deadlifts,pulldowns and so fourth. Its important when coming back from a rest period to take it slow for at least a couple of weeks and let your body adjust to the increased workload.
