Folks.
My
Name is Ian Hales. I have been bodybuilding for over 11yrs, personal
training for 2yrs and writing for the web for 1yr. This is a journal
of my training, dieting and anything that’s going on in
the bodybuilding world. You can follow my trials and tribulations
here.
If
you have a question just drop me a line. I can’t say I know
everything but if we all give each other a hand to climb this
never ending ladder of knowledge then the climb will be a little
easier…

This
is me at my off season weight of 105kgs. When I first started
training I was a skinny 21yr old that nobody would have looked
at twice. My stomach stuck out further than his chest, pleasant
I hear you say. Well I decided to do something about it. I joined
a local gym and the rest was pain ,suffering, self-denial and
immense satisfaction. It's not all bad and I wouldn’t have
it any other way!
